Orange & white

This is an unusual mixed media painting. My daughter Maya encouraged me to do a gauche acrylic undercoat before using pastels (she loves acrylic so we have such debates) and it creates a very interesting texture and gives it depth. Here is to somethings old mixed in with something new!
